We acquire, own and enhance a diversified portfolio of high-quality, core and core-plus office properties in top 50 metropolitan areas across the United States.

Focusing on durability of cash flow, we are highly selective in our acquisition approach. Our portfolio consists of Class A properties, built within the last 20 years or recently renovated, with strong historical occupancy, with a high percentage of investment grade and name brand tenants, and long remaining lease term.

We consider markets with growing economic fundamentals, strong in-migration trends, a low cost of living, and business-friendly characteristics. Our markets have strong demographic trends and are beneficiaries of major commercial and infrastructure investment. In evaluating assets, we emphasize the importance of amenitized locations offering a live/work/play experience for tenants.
