Sydney (Proze) Payne
Ms. Payne has over eight years of experience in legal and compliance, across asset management and banking industries. Prior to joining Innovatus Capital Partners, LLC in April 2020, Ms. Payne was a Director in the Legal and Compliance Division of Morgan Stanley. Mrs. Payne has also worked in the legal and compliance space at BlackRock and Volant Trading. Ms. Payne started her career as a Corporate Paralegal at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP with a focus on private equity funds.
Ms. Payne received a B.A. from Hamilton College in Government and Women’s Studies and a Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with a concentration in Corporate Compliance and Risk Control. She is licensed to practice law in both New York and North Carolina.
